We used Maria's for a conference, they provided almost 200 meals. We had several dietary restrictions, including 2 kosher meals. Maria's labeled every single one with the person's name, and what specific meal was inside (Gluten free, no dairy, no mayo etc etc) and the price was VERY reasonable, almost half of what the chain fast casual places wanted. Everything tasted delicious, was fresh, and we were very pleased. They also sourced our two kosher meals from an outside vendor, making everything so simple as the planners.

I used Maria's for a bridal shower this past weekend. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so helpful as we needed some vegan dishes. I would certainly recommend this wonderful establishment for any party! We have also purchased items for takeaway and everything has always been superb!

I love, love, love Maria's! They catered our wedding on September 16th this year and it was perfect! We received so many compliments on the food from all of our guests (especially the pork which was phenomenal). They worked with us through the whole process, were very professional and we could not have asked for better!!!! Thank you Maria's!!!!!

Everything was great at the party Wednesday night. The food was terrific and everyone enjoyed it. The staff were courteous and smart. They did all they could to make the event pleasant and warm.

Maria and Michael are amazing, and have a great catering business. They worked with us when I had an issue with another caterer who I dropped. I was stressing because my wedding a month away with no caterer and Maria's comforted me and was always available. Caterer is professional, willing to work on a time crunch, everyone raved about the steamship round and chicken marsala specifically, but loved the food as a whole. Loved the dark chocolate truffles and cookies. Quick setup.

I would like to extend our gratitude for your assistance in catering Congressman Miller's grants workshops at GTCC. The food was thoroughly enjoyable! In addition, I must commend the whole staff for always being incredibly friendly and accommodating (even with all the special requests we had)!
